Don’t panic! The resourcesadvice, and store will still be here and I’ll be posting updates from time to time about Vol. 3 (due out soon!), upcoming shows, related projects, and other things that I promise will be relevant.

There might be some comics you may not have seen so please check out the backlog, which will remain up, or buy the books (or you may want to reread them, which is highly encouraged <3). I will be moving on to other art projects and will announce when my next comic series starts up. I also have a sketch blog (not always safe-for-work; look for sfw tag at top) for those interested in my other artistic endeavors.

Now that that’s out of the way, I have something to tell you all:

Thank you.

This comic has been a significant part of my life for the past 10 and a half months and it’s been an adventure, to say the least. I had never thought I’d have the opportunity to make a comic that’s read by so many people and made a difference for so many, especially so early in my career. This whole thing has been such a wonderful experience. I still have trouble realizing that the silly doodles I started out of frustration ended up giving so many, myself included, a new appreciation for our bodies and the busty people we care about. I never would have dreamed I could be a part of such a broad and welcoming community, let alone contribute to it as much as I have. You’ll never know how much the readers of this series have meant to me this year. Thank you all so much.

As many of you already know, I’m wrapping up the series officially at comic 300. I explained why in this post if you’d like to read that. It’s time for me to move on. The site will stay up for the resources and community but the regular updates will  come to an end. I will post updates on any future comic endeavors (including the one I’m working on now and would like to start posting by the end of the year) and conventions as well.

On another note: I could use your help. I’ve been trying to get into the animation industry since I graduated a couple of years ago but it’s rather challenging making the right connections. I know this is a really random thing to ask but if you know of anyone in the animation industry (particularly for television and movies), could you please show them my comic and/or portfolio and tell them I’m trying to get into story and character development? I will be making animated shows someday but I need a bit of help getting in the door right now. It would mean the world to me if you could help at all. Thank you.

zandergb:

Seriously, like half of the Busty Girl Problems comics are a) things you shouldn’t be doing in the first place, or b) things that occur independently of your boob size.

Did you guys know that our boobs get in the way as protest for trying to cook or exercise? That’s right, even you smaller-chested busty folks (because we all know the definition of busty here at BGC) are only having frustrations because we’re not supposed to be doing things while busty. Silly me, doing stuff all these years. No wonder my boobs are always getting in the way!

Thank you, sir. Thank you for finally explaining to all 180,000 of us how our bodies work! What a relief to finally have an answer after all these years.

(Oh, and don’t worry about the copyright violation from reposting my comics without a source. I fixed it. :D )
